# Baixe e instale o QzTray

O **QZ Tray** é o programa necessário para utilizar a **Impressão Automática** de pedidos na **a AppQueFome**. Ele permite que o sistema se conecte diretamente à impressora, enviando os pedidos automaticamente sem abrir a janela de configuração do navegador.

### Passo 1: Baixar o QZ Tray

1. Acesse a tela de **Configurações de Impressão** da **a AppQueFome**.
2. Clique no link para baixar o QZ Tray compatível com o seu sistema operacional (Windows, Mac ou Linux).

### Passo 2: Instalar o QZ Tray

1. Execute o instalador baixado.
2. Siga os passos do assistente de instalação.
3. Ao finalizar, o QZ Tray será iniciado automaticamente e ficará rodando em segundo plano.

### Passo 3: Autorizar a Conexão com a a AppQueFome

1. Ao tentar imprimir o primeiro pedido, o QZ Tray exibirá uma janela solicitando autorização para se conectar ao sistema.
2. Clique em **Allow** e marque a opção **Remember this decision** para não precisar autorizar novamente.

> ⚠️ Caso tenha clicado em **Block** por engano, veja a seção de **Resolução de Problemas** abaixo.

### Resolução de Problemas Comuns

#### Erro: Sistema não conecta ao QZ Tray

* Abra o QZ Tray e vá em **Settings → Advanced → Site Manager → Blocked**.
* Localize `*.appquefome.com` (ou `*.AppQueFome`) e clique em **Delete**.
* Atualize a tela da **a AppQueFome** e autorize novamente.

#### Mensagem “Não foi possível imprimir o pedido”

* Esse erro indica mau funcionamento do QZ Tray.
* Solução: desinstale o QZ Tray e reinstale o programa baixando diretamente da **tela de Configurações de Impressão** da **a AppQueFome**.
